All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.Position SummaryAs a Senior Operator, you'll help power the world's most loved brands delivering quality, care, and consistency in every product we make. You'll take the lead in more complex manufacturing tasks, ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently while collaborating across teams. Your work will bring our trusted products to life and help grow our culture of respect, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence.ResponsibilitiesSet up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machineryMonitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standardsOperate automated systems using Human Machine Interface (HMI) technologyPerform in-process checks and quality inspectionsAccurately scale and measure ingredientsComplete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tabletsCollaborate across departments to meet production goalsFollows safety rules, SOP's and cGMP guidelinesPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred13 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferredAble to read, write, and understand EnglishAble to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shiftSkillsUnderstanding of basic manufacturing equipment and inventory processesComfortable using computers, tablets, and other digital toolsBasic math skills and mechanical understandingTeam-oriented and dependableStrong attention to detailComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensFlexible to work overtime based on business needsIt is our business imperative to remain a very inclusive workplace.
