You will be responsible for strengthening client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and leading company-wide sales and marketing initiatives.Your Day Will IncludeIndividual Sales Leadership (40%)Aligning your work with company priorities to ensure profitability, growth, and team successLeading by example with strong negotiation, persuasion, and influence skillsDemonstrating urgency, resilience, and problem-solving in high-pressure situationsConsistently meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality resultsNew Business Development & Market Expansion (30%)Acting as a trusted ambassador for Fiorilli Construction with owners, clients, and vendorsSpearheading outreach efforts, client engagement, and new business developmentParticipating in strategic presentations to secure new opportunitiesAssisting in company-wide sales strategy, vision, and business planningResearching new markets ("new lanes"), identifying key contacts, and developing relationshipsServing as a key interface between sales, preconstruction, and business development teamsTrade Shows, Industry Events & Client Engagement (10%)Attending client meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen relationshipsRepresenting Fiorilli Construction at all required trade shows and ceremonial eventsCollaborating with the Sales and Marketing Coordinator to ensure successful trade show preparationProviding feedback and insights after each event to improve future performanceSales & Marketing Reporting and Forecasting (10%)Preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecastsEnsuring all client and prospect inquiries are handled promptly and professionallyLeveraging team resources to resolve challenges and ensure "Very Satisfied" clientsAccurately identifying and forecasting potential sales opportunitiesManaging Sales team accountability and processes, as well as preconstruction activities.Sales & CRM Management – HUBSPOT (10%)Managing and optimizing sales processes within HUBSPOT CRMAnalyzing complex business challenges and implementing effective solutionsCommunicating clearly and effectively across departmentsDemonstrating strong technical proficiency with company software and toolsUpholding strict confidentiality and maintaining trust with clients, coworkers, and vendorsQualificationsRequired5+ years of experience in client relations, business development, sales leadership, or account managementProven track record in relationship management, negotiation, and strategic salesExperience working with CRM platforms (Hubspot preferred)Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skillsAbility to analyze data, forecast sales, and develop actionable strategiesExperience collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teamsPreferredExperience in commercial construction, real estate development, or project-based industriesFamiliarity with preconstruction and business development processesLeadership experience managing or mentoring sales professionalsCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based incentives and bonusesMedical, dental, and vision insuranceHSA with company match401(k) planShort-term disabilityPaid vacationSick time with rolloverHoliday payConcentrated Time Off (CTO)Travel reimbursementWhy Join Fiorilli Construction?Be part of a high-performing, collaborative leadership teamPlay a key role in shaping company growth and client strategyWork in a culture that values integrity, transparency, and professional developmentHave a measurable impact on business success and client experienceApply TodayComplete our quick, mobile-friendly application to be considered for this leadership opportunity with Fiorilli Construction.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
