Serving the Tampa Bay community seven days a week, we take pride in creating beauty that truly matterRequirementsThe OpportunityWe are seeking a confident, organized, and service-minded Blooming Lead to help guide our retail and office operations.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys supporting a team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring daily operations flow smoothly. You will help shape the customer experience while upholding the quality and presentation our brand is known for.Most team members work approximately 7-hour workdays (with extended hours during major floral holidays). We value individuals who remain attentive and focused during work hours to best support our customers and one another.Because we operate seven days a week (closed on major holidays), flexibility — including weekend availability — is essential.
