CTG is seeking a Technical Product Manager to support our client. This role is focused on driving product strategy, backlog execution, and Agile delivery in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Location: Houston, TXDuration: 7 monthsKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive product vision, roadmap, and strategy aligned to business goals and customer valueTranslate product strategy into measurable outcomes (OKRs, KPIs)Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlogWrite clear, testable user stories with defined acceptance criteriaBalance new features, technical debt, and defect resolutionApply prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW, WSJF, Value vs. Effort)Collaborate with Engineering, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders across the SDLCFacilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, and RetrospectivesGather and synthesize customer, market, and stakeholder insights to guide product directionDrive stakeholder alignment and secure buy-in for key product decisionsRequired SkillsStrong experience in Agile/Scrum/SAFe environmentsExpertise in backlog management and user story developmentStrong understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycleExperience with prioritization frameworks (MoSCoW, WSJF)Ability to define and track KPIs/OKRsStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsExcellent communication and facilitation abilitiesAbility to translate business needs into technical requirementsExperienceProven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager in Agile environmentsExperience working with engineering teams delivering software products end-to-endDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in enterprise settingsExperience aligning cross-functional stakeholders on product directionEducationBachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experienceExcellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG will consider for employment all qualified applicants including those with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of all applicable local, state, and federal laws.CTG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
