A positive attitude and attention to detail will ensure complete customer satisfaction.What You’ll DoVisit and call on commercial and industrial jobsites throughout IndianaBuild relationships with contractors and demonstrate the value Porter Pipe & Supply brings to projectsServe as a product solutions champion by providing product demonstrations, contractor training, and jobsite supportConduct jobsite training sessions, lunch & learns, and customer appreciation eventsPartner with vendors and outside sales teams to identify opportunities for growthAnalyze regional market trends and identify new business opportunitiesAddress customer concerns and resolve service-related issuesSupport sales associates with generating leads and closing new businessMaintain records of customer interactions, activities, and partnershipsProvide weekly itineraries, sales forecasts, and reportsParticipate in networking and customer engagement opportunities regularlyBe available for occasional evening and weekend eventsTravel throughout the region with up to one overnight stay per week What We’re Looking For: Strong multitasking and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesRelationship-building and networking skillsCreative problem-solving and analytical thinkingLeadership qualities and resourcefulnessSales planning and market awarenessStrong written, verbal, and phone communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Why Join Porter Pipe?
