Location: Hampton, VA 23666Pay Rate: $20.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PMPosition SummaryThe Accounts Payable Analyst (Invoice Processing) is responsible for ensuring invoices, batches, reports, and related documentation are processed accurately and on time for assigned clients. This role supports service excellence by meeting established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and resolving invoice-related issues efficiently and professionally.Key Responsibilities Process invoices, batches, and reports accurately and within established SLAs Research and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to invoice processing, including but not limited to: Late or missing invoices Late payments and associated fees Incorrect coding Improper batching Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and internal controls Required Skills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; candidates will be required to complete an Excel skills assessment at a metric/functional level Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend solutions Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Previous accounts payable or invoice processing experience preferred Additional RequirementsSuccessful completion of a pre-employment screening, which may include a background and credit review where legally permitted Ability to participate in a video interview and an on-site interview as part of the selection process Work EnvironmentProfessional office setting Collaborative team-oriented culture Opportunity to contribute to a well-organized and structured accounting operation As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
