This full‐time position is ideal for a technician who values stability, professionalism, and long‐term career growth. Key Responsibilities* Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles * Complete flat‐rate or time‐based repair tasks efficiently and professionally * Use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and shop resources to identify issues * Document all work performed and recommended services clearly and accurately * Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area * Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members * Test‐drive vehicles to verify repairs when necessary * Stay current with automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques * Assist in maintaining shop equipment and tools * Provide excellent customer service through quality workmanship and professionalismQualifications A‐Level Technician Requirements* Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills * Ability to handle complex repairs with minimal supervision * Strong understanding of modern vehicle systems (engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, drivability, etc.) * 5+ years professional experience preferred * ASE certifications strongly preferredB‐Level Technician Requirements* Solid mechanical repair skills and ability to perform most maintenance and repair tasks * Basic diagnostic ability and willingness to learn advanced systems * 2-4 years professional experience preferred * ASE certifications a plusGeneral Requirements* Valid driver's license with clean driving record * Own a professional set of tools * Strong work ethic and reliability * Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team‐focused environment * Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfactionWork Schedule* Full‐time, Monday-Friday * Stable hours with consistent workloadCompensation & Benefits* Competitive pay based on experience and skill level * Flat‐rate or hourly structure available * Paid holidays * Paid time off * 401(k) with employer match * Opportunities for training and advancement * Long‐term job stability with a reputable companyAbout Our Company We are a well‐established, stable auto repair shop committed to honesty, quality, and long‐term customer relationships.
