Job Title: Hand Packager Location: Crookston, MN Compensation: $17.00 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shift Rotating Shifts| Monday-Friday Job Type: Temp-to-hire About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Hand Packagers for a leading manufacturing company located in Crookston, MN. What You'll Do as the Hand Packager:Perform duties in the department as assigned by the Lead Packager on a day-by-day or task-by-task basis Package retail-ready packs into a master case and palletize Report any unusual events or occurrences to the Supervisor or Lead immediately Maintain assigned work and warehouse areas at the highest possible sanitation level daily Ensure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly daily What You Need to Bring to the Hand Packager Role:High School Diploma or GED Ability to perform tasks in accordance with GMP policies/procedures Basic math skills and ability to read and write Ability to frequently lift 20 pounds and occasionally lift 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to climb, bend, stoop, twist, and stand for long periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations Comfortable working in a climate-controlled environment Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
