*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. *Responsibilities* - Greet customers warmly and take their orders - Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials - Deliver food and beverages promptly - Process payments using Aloha POS system - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests *Experience* - Previous experience in a café, grocery store, or similar setting is preferred - Knowledge of food preparation, retail math, and sales techniques is a plus - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous - Strong math skills for handling transactions accurately - Understanding of food safety guidelines and practices - Culinary background or interest in culinary arts is beneficial Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your customer service skills and passion for the food industry can shine!
