Job Summary
Manage building operations within a large campus facility or complex. Includes coordination of building maintenance and repairs, office moves, furniture and equipment installation and building access/security. Responsible for setting employee goals, assessing employee performance and providing feedback, and making pay recommendations. This position will interact on a consistent basis with: building/complex occupants and visitors, department heads, contractors and vendors. This position typically will advise and counsel: contractors, vendors and visitors. This position will supervise: building maintenance staff.
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 - Supervise the delivery of building maintenance services (routine and emergency). Job Duty 2 - Plan and arrange office moves within facility. Job Duty 3 - Oversee delivery and installation of building fixtures and equipment. Job Duty 4 - Maintain building access control systems to include card entry and key management. Job Duty 5 - Make arrangements for special events scheduled for facility. Job Duty 6 - Order building repair services as needed. Job Duty 7 - Coordinate use of vendor/contractor services in support of building operations. Job Duty 8 - Manage and update the Redbook and emergency preparedness plans annually, for facility and all related procedures, on an annual basis; coordinate annual building equipment inventory and maintain related records Job Duty 9 - Plan and coordinate building renovation and construction projects. Job Duty 10 - Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements Technical Diploma, Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Experience Four to five years of job related experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
SKILLS This job requires knowledge in general management of building services services delivery required for a large facility or office complex. Included are skills in organization, communications, staging, building operation and maintenance processes and renovation project management. Use of office related computer applications is required.

This is a supervisory position. This position does not have any financial responsibilities. This position might be required to drive. This role is considered a position of trust. This position does not require a purchasing card (P-Card). This position will not travel This position does not require security clearance. Job Grade:C10 Salary Range: $65,393.00 -$88,934.00 Location: Atlanta, GA There are two positions available to be filled for this role.
