Responsibilities: Serve as Power Platform Developer to implement information management solutions. Responsible for an agile development life-cycle. Interface with the customer, review departmental objectives, assess functional needs, propose and defend logical and creative solutions, and translate acceptable solutions into technical requirements for development. Establish technical vision for the development team; document and implement business rules and best practice approaches; and mentor team members. Analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance, and constraints. Facilitate working meetings to demonstrate and review progress, and identify and prioritize next steps. Document, design, manage and assist with development and implementation of solutions including web content, collaborative portals, customized applications, automated forms, and complex process work flows.Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution as recognized by the U.S. Department of Education in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a related field.Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in the analysis and design of business applications of computer systems and networks. At least five (5) years of experience developing SharePoint and/or Power Platform solutions.Experience in developing canvas and model driven PowerApps applications utilizing SharePoint Lists and Dataverse, and automated workflows using Power AutomateExperience with Power BI (including DAX and Power Query) developing reports, dashboards, and integrated solutionsExperience in the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), to include gathering and analyzing business requirements, solution design and development, testing, deployment and operational supportExperience in establishing and integrating relational data for use within Power Platform solutionsAbility to work independently as an individual contributor and to work as a member of a development team on larger projectsAbility to interface with customers to gather As Is and To Be states, provide progress updates, and ensure that solutions meet or exceed expected outcomesExperience with Business Processing (re)Engineering a plusMicrosoft certified Power Platform developer a plusOther: Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Security Clearance. An active Secret Security Clearance is preferred.Wage Range Information: This full-time position's wage range is $95K - $135K (salary) depending on experience and qualifications.
