This role is key to our success; you’ll collaborate closely with our lead estimator, project managers, and the procurement team to ensure our operations run smoothly.What You'll Do:Receiving & InventoryReceive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damageAccurately enter received goods into inventory systemsLabel and store materials in designated warehouse locationsCommunicate discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisorsTool Crib ManagementIssue and track tools, equipment, and supplies to employeesMaintain accurate records of tool usage, returns, and conditionPerform routine audits of tool inventoryEnsure tools are clean, organized, and in good working conditionStock & Warehouse DutiesMaintain organized stock levels and storage areasPerform cycle counts and assist with full inventory countsReplenish stock as needed to support operationsOperate forklifts or other material handling equipmentFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environmentVehicle Maintenance RecordsMaintain and update records for all company vehicles, including service history, inspections, and repairsCoordinate with vendors or internal staff for vehicle repairs and maintenanceKeep organized digital and/or physical files for all fleet documentationWhat We Offer:Competitive Pay: Starting salary in the range of $22.50 - $27.50 per hour, based on experience.
