Gulf Coast Association Management (GCAM) is our community association management division that focuses on the management of community association in Florida that fall under Fl Statute 718/720.Maintenance Technician Sandalfoot Condominium AssociationTuesday - Saturday Full-Time (40hrs) $25 - $28 hourlyPosition Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of the Sandalfoot Condominium Association managed by Gulf Coast Property Management. This role ensures that all common areas, building systems, and amenities are maintained in a safe, clean, and operational condition. Rental repairs are completed through express authority of the rental division onlyKey Responsibilities General Maintenance & Repairs - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, lighting, and minor HVAC systems (that do not require a special license)Repair doors, locks, windows, drywall, and perform minor carpentry for common areaRespond to common area maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerTroubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficientlyPreventative MaintenanceConduct regular inspections of buildings and common areasMaintain preventative maintenance schedulesIdentify and report potential issuesGrounds & Common AreasMaintain cleanliness of walkways, stairwells, parking areas, and amenitiesAssist with minor landscaping supportVendor CoordinationAssist in coordinating vendors and contractorsEnsure work is completed per scope and standardsReport vendor performance to managementEmergency ResponseRespond to after-hours emergencies as requiredAddress urgent safety issuesCompliance & SafetyFollow OSHA and safety guidelinesReport hazards immediatelyQualifications2+ years maintenance experienceKnowledge of plumbing, electrical, general maintenanceAbility to use tools safelyStrong problem-solving skillsPI976f89ca64f3-26289-40163179
