Sales Representative
[solidcore] is seeking a Sales Representative to join our dynamic HQ team based out of Arlington, Virginia. This role is remote eligible. We are a fast-paced, innovative company looking for an experienced sales professional. The Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving high-quality, retention-focused revenue, strengthening studio performance, and ensuring a consistent, premium client experience. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales, this role focuses on building relationships, educating clients, and supporting studios in achieving long-term success.The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, strategic thinker, and strong collaborator who understands that the best sales outcomes come from alignment across Sales, Field, and CX teams.This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with strong organizational skills, marketing fluency, and a passion for fitness.Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution & Revenue Quality Driving membership sales through direct engagement with hand-raisers, leads, and new clientsPrioritizing high-quality, retention-driven membershipsMaking 75-100 direct contacts per day via text, email, and phone using provided lead lists and campaignsGenerating new leads through referrals, networking, social selling, events, and community outreachStudio Performance & Field Team PartnershipOwning assigned studio performance outcomes and supporting revenue health beyond the initial saleBuilding strong, trust-based relationships with Field Leadership and day-to-day studio operatorsSupporting studio teams with sales education, campaign execution, and best-practice reinforcementExecuting timely, high-quality handoffs of qualified leads and clients to local teamsSupporting new studio opening events and early successClient Experience & CX CollaborationPartnering with Customer Experience teams when needed to support client satisfaction, resolve concerns, and protect the client journeyEnsuring sales practices align with CX standards, brand voice, and operational expectationsActing as a subject matter expert on the [solidcore] experience and membership offeringsB2B & Strategic Sales InitiativesIdentifying, nurturing, and closing B2B relationships and partnerships at an expected quotaActively contributing to the development and execution of B2B strategiesRepresenting [solidcore] at outside events for selling, networking, and lead generationParticipate in open houses, tabling and events in marketSystems, Reporting & StrategyUtilizing CRM systems to track outreach, follow-up, and conversion activity accuratelyMaintaining clean, timely reporting and pipeline hygienePartnering with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and NSO teams to refine sales strategies and improve conversionMeeting regularly with senior leadership to report on performance, trends, and market insightsRole Expectations:Full Time exempt role40 hours per weekFlexibility to work evenings or weekends as neededWillingness to travel up to 15%Remote eligibleWhat Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent relevant experience3-5 years of direct sales experience (fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle brands preferred)Strong, polished communication and presentation skillsPassion for the [solidcore] brand, community, and client experienceAbility to balance independent execution with cross-functional collaborationStrong organizational, planning, and time-management skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountabilityDetail-oriented, professional, punctual, and reliableExperience using CRM systems; Mindbody experience preferredCompensation & Benefits$60,000-$70,000 base salary plus competitive monthly commission aligned with sustainable, retention-driven sales and a quarterly bonusMonthly cell phone stipend401k with employer matchHealth, dental, & vision insuranceFlexible PTOFree drop-in classesAnd MORECLOSING FROM HEADQUARTERS - ALL LOCATIONS[solidcore] is a national boutique fitness company with 100+ studios across the country.
