Administrative Assistant

Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with administrative, billing, and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesMaintain organized filing systems for physical documentsManage and respond to Zendesk tickets in a timely mannerAssist with collections and follow-up on outstanding invoicesProcess credit card paymentsHandle weekly agent deductionsAssist with light billing duties, including:KeyClose feesRunBuggy billingOther miscellaneous invoices and chargesEnter and update information accurately in company systemsAnswer phones and assist customers, clients, and team members as neededPerform general office and administrative support dutiesQualificationsPrevious administrative or office experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesExperience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems is a plusBasic accounting, collections, or billing experience preferredProficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer systemsAbility to work independently and efficientlyScheduleFull-timeMonday – Friday 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
