Backflow Insulator

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Backflow Insulator to join our growing team. This hands-on role involves installing insulation on backflow prevention devices with a strong focus on precision, safety, and quality workmanship. This position requires working outdoors year-round, so candidates must be comfortable with varying weather conditions. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret rulers and measuring tapes with accuracy Measure, cut, and install insulation materials to precise specifications Apply insulation to a variety of backflow devices using appropriate tools and techniques Work with adhesives, paint, and other materials—expect a hands-on environment Perform tasks outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently Qualifications: Strong measurement and basic math skills Manual dexterity and an eye for detail Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player Why Join Us?
