Two distinct Speech Language Pathologist opportunities are available in and around Rome, GA to provide valuable services to students across multiple grade levels in school settings. These roles emphasize direct student support, strong collaboration with school personnel, and thorough documentation.Position One: Compensatory Services SLP (Travel Required)Deliver compensatory speech-language services across multiple school sitesTravel between locations within the Rome area is requiredManage caseload until compensatory service needs are fully metService students in grades Pre K through 12Provide summer services from June 1 through June 30Position Two: Elementary School-Based SLPDedicated to one onsite elementary school with a caseload of approximately 45 to 55 studentsSupport students from Pre K through 6th gradeComfortable documenting services using the Paddynet platformAdditional School Year Openings (Pre K-8):Elementary SLPs serving Pre K through 5th grade at one school location, caseload 45-55 studentsMiddle school SLPs serving 6th through 8th grade, assigned to one schoolKey Responsibilities:Document speech and language services and progress using Paddynet platformEffectively communicate with parents, teachers, administration, and staff via email, phone, and school communication systemsCoordinate schedules using Google Calendar, including IEP meetings and parent conferencesComplete and maintain evaluations, eligibility documentation, Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and data reviewsIdeal candidates demonstrate excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and experience managing speech-language services in school environments.
