Full Stack Engineer, Autopilot

About the Opportunity:The Full Stack Engineer, Autopilot will play a key role in shaping the future of the organization''s banking and investment systems. This position involves developing user interfaces and backend services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals, and owning the full lifecycle of the Autopilot technology. The role contributes by ensuring scalable, sustainable, and impactful financial technology solutions.3. Responsibilities:Make decisions balancing technical and business considerations for banking and investment systems.Develop user interfaces using React and backend services with Node and GraphQL.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical tradeoffs.Architect scalable solutions that align with business objectives and technical sustainability.Manage the full lifecycle of Autopilot technology from planning to maintenance and optimization.4. Requirements:3+ years of professional experience with Node, JavaScript, React/React Native, GraphQL, and relational databases like Postgres; TypeScript is a plus.Interest in understanding the impact of software on users.Experience with observability and performance/user experience troubleshooting.Ability to handle vendor integrations and resolve related issues.Commitment to continuous learning and mentoring others.Comfortable working in a growing organization and leading problem-solving efforts.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range of $130,000 - $170,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.Base pay varies based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.6.
