Now, we're looking for a detail-driven, analytical, and highly organized Rebate Coordinator to join our team and help keep our rebate programs running smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do As our Rebate Coordinator, you'll be the go-to expert for all things rebate-related. Your work will directly support our Sales, Purchasing, and Vendor teams while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and financial impact across the business. You will: Manage the full rebate lifecycle from initial setup to month-end billing Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of rebate agreements, amounts, and timelines Serve as the central point of contact for rebate inquiries across departments and with vendors Ensure promotional pricing and rebates are applied correctly and consistently Process rebate calculations, payments, accruals, and reconciliations Investigate and resolve discrepancies with professionalism and clarity Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams Analyze rebate data, identify trends, and prepare financial impact reports Support audits, compliance efforts, and continuous process improvements Coordinate GPO, promotional, and purchase-based rebate programs Track and invoice sales- and purchase-based rebates Maintain vendor accounts receivable, including posting payments and adjustments Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email What You Bring We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves digging into details. Required skills: Strong organizational and prioritization abilities Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Solid data entry skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Qualifications & Experience: Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college (required) Minimum 2 years of data entry experience (required) Knowledge of general accounting principles (preferred) Experience with large ERP systems (preferred) Physical Requirements: Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods Ability to bend, squat, and lift up to 20 lbs Clear verbal and written communication Repetitive hand and wrist motions as needed for computer work Why Join Feeser's?
