Our model intentionally reduces clinician burnout by providing strong clinical support structures and manageable caseloads, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering meaningful therapy—not administrative overload.We are currently in preconstruction of a state-of-the-art flagship therapy center integrating ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and a variety of recreational and enrichment programs designed to support children of all abilities.The facility will offer structured activities such as indoor soccer, basketball, and track, along with dance programs including ballet, jazz, and other styles, as well as music instruction where children can learn instruments such as piano, guitar, and more. These programs will help promote confidence, physical development, creativity, and social interaction in a supportive environment.We are currently seeking a Director of Clinical Services (BCBA) to help lead and shape the clinical foundation of our organization.The RoleAs BCBA Clinical Director, you will serve as the clinical cornerstone of BBehavior Autism Services—overseeing quality of care, mentoring clinicians, ensuring compliance, and collaborating closely with ownership to scale responsibly while maintaining excellence.This role is ideal for a BCBA with 4+ years of experience who is excited by the opportunity to help build a company—not just manage a caseload.You will play a key role in shaping clinical systems, culture, and growth as we expand our services throughout Central Florida and multi-state expansions within the first 5 years.Key Responsibilities• Provide full clinical leadership and supervision for BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs• Design and implement gold-standard treatment protocols, assessments, and progress monitoring systems• Ensure adherence to BACB ethics, Florida Medicaid and insurance compliance, and best-practice clinical standards• Lead hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development to support our low-turnover culture• Oversee client intake, authorizations, audits, and outcome tracking• Partner with families, schools, and community stakeholders to ensure holistic care• Help shape company policies, clinical systems, technology integration, and expansion plans• Contribute to the development of our future flagship therapy centerWhat We're Looking ForMust-Have Qualifications• Active BCBA certification (BACB) in good standing• Florida LBA license or eligibility to obtain immediately• 4+ years of hands-on BCBA experience• Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred• Demonstrated ability to build or improve clinical programs• Passion for ethical ABA, staff retention, and family-centered care• Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about helping grow a new organizationPreferred (Big Plus)- Not Required• Experience as a Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Director• Experience in startup or growth-phase ABA organizationsWhat We OfferWe are committed to attracting a clinical leader who shares our vision and values.• Competitive salary: $110,000 – $140,000+ base (depending on experience)• Signing bonus: $7,500 – $10,000 for qualified candidates• Performance and growth bonuses tied to company milestones and clinical outcomes• Health, dental, and vision insurance• 401(k) with employer match• Unlimited PTO and paid holidays• Professional development stipend ($2,000+ annually) and CEU support• Flexible remote schedule (office + community/in-home services)• Equity or profit-sharing potential as the company growsMost importantly, this role offers the rare opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.
