The organization enables teams to streamline workflows, accelerate product development, and collaborate effectively from anywhere.About the Opportunity:The Strategic Program Manager, Information Security drives strategic security initiatives and cross-functional engagement across the organization. This role partners with teams across governance, risk and compliance, security operations, internal audit, legal, people, product, sales, and business units to strengthen security practices and partnerships. The position plays a key role in designing scalable security programs, managing strategic portfolios, and delivering security solutions aligned with organizational growth.Responsibilities:• Lead strategic security programs from planning through execution, coordinating priorities, dependencies, risks, and accountability across security and business teams.• Partner with teams to identify and address security risks, align stakeholders, and translate security priorities into actionable plans.• Define and track security program metrics, objectives and key results (OKRs), risk registers, and leadership reporting.• Coordinate remediation of security gaps by collaborating with control owners, security specialists, and stakeholders to resolve issues.• Design and implement scalable security practices, policies, processes, operating models, and change management plans.• Drive security awareness and engagement through organization-wide training, communications, and educational initiatives.• Support security leadership with strategic planning, portfolio management, leadership briefings, and follow-through on commitments.Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience in security program management, security business partnership, or a related strategic information security role.• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional security programs, including managing metrics, OKRs, risk registers, or dashboards.• Working knowledge of information security frameworks such as NIST CSF, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.• Ability to communicate security risks, priorities, and tradeoffs effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leaders.• Experience developing or delivering security initiatives that promote organizational adoption, such as awareness, training, risk remediation, or change management.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Annual base salary range: $169,000–$296,000 USD.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
