It is a hybrid between:Customer SuccessImplementationSolutions EngineeringSales EngineeringProduct feedback loopYoull work directly with customers 1:1, own onboarding end-to-end, help run demos, configure the product to fit complex workflows, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and help shape how this function scales over the next 1224 months.Youll be working closely with founders, product, engineering, and senior stakeholders at customer organizations.
