JOB REQUIREMENTS: SUMMARY Assembles generator enclosures, tanks andtheir subassemblies following blueprints and other written and verbalSpecifications By Performing The Following Duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:Reads and understands blueprints and bill of material. Assemblesfunctional parts of enclosures and tanks using hand tools, power tools(cordless drills, impact gun, etc.) levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges. Uses forklifts, aerial lifts, cranes, ladders and other liftingapparatus to aide in the assembly process. Assists in the assembly andinstallation of electrical and electronic components (electricalenclosures, transformers, etc. all electrical connections are done byqualified personnel), pipe systems and plumbing, machinery andequipment. Assembles both small and large sub-assemblies according toprints or drawings. Reads bill of material to package parts/kits tocustomer requirements. Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals,specifications, or sample parts to determine assembly sequence, andSetup Requirements Follows Work Instructions From General Description.Works with other team members to troubleshoot mechanical/fit issues in asatisfactory manner. Keeps work area clean and organized.
