This individual will be responsible for growing an existing book of business while simultaneously uncovering digital media opportunities with local and regional direct clients This position offers high income potential, with uncapped earnings structure. This individual will have all the tools necessary to offer tailored and thoughtful digital solutions to clients, while leveraging local broadcast solutions and sponsorships. Candidate will demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate effectively while growing the scope and relationship of the client relationship.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new relationships by prospecting, identifying, and educating local and regional businessesUnderstanding client needs, and developing ideal custom solutions a mustCalling on inactive accounts and maintaining an awareness of new businesses openings and product cycles in the areaDelivering customized sales presentations in person, via phone or webinarBe a driving force and digital leader by achieving quarterly and annual budgetsProven ability in Account Management to communicate effectively, oversee client accounts, and deliver exceptional resultsMonitor effectiveness of campaigns and make recommendations for improvementsOutstanding organizational and collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge and expertise in Digital Marketing strategies and tools is beneficialBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferredExperience in media, advertising, or related industries is a plusPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsCandidates must be enthusiastic, high energy, and goal driven2+ years of sales experience / digital acumenFamiliar and competent with Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Microsoft OfficePast experience selling online display/verticals, video, social or SEM/SEO advertising a plus
