Estimator – Construction, Roofing & RestorationFirstLine Construction Corp.We are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates across our Construction, Roofing, and Restoration divisions.Responsibilities• Review plans, specs, and project requirements• Prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate (required)• Perform site visits when needed• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing• Prepare and submit professional proposals• Coordinate with project managers and clientsRequirements• Estimating experience in construction, roofing, or restoration• Proficiency in Xactimate is required• Strong understanding of construction methods and pricing• Detail-oriented and organized• Ability to manage multiple estimates at once
