Job Summary Join our processing team as a Warehouse Associate and Meat Processing Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the efficient handling, preparation, and packaging of meat products. Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments of meat products, ensuring proper storage in the warehouse. Prepare meat for processing by trimming, cutting, and portioning using knife skills and meat cutting techniques. Operate food handling equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all food safety standards. Package finished products accurately for distribution or retail sale, maintaining quality control throughout the process. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, following strict food safety protocols at all times. Assist with inventory management by tracking product movement and conducting regular stock checks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to product quality or availability when needed. Qualifications Prior experience in food production, food preparation, or kitchen environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations is essential. Demonstrated knife skills and experience in meat cutting or culinary work are preferred. Familiarity with the food industry or restaurant experience will be advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with precision. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
