The role supports internal teams and customer deployments by preparing and importing structured data, improving data workflows, and maintaining the integrity of the Models Library.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and clean data to support accurate modeling and reportingMaintain and validate Models Library content (Makes, Models, Ports, etc.)Build and manage import templates for data onboarding (.csv/.xls)Use Excel tools to transform and prepare structured datasetsTrack data quality and trends using reports or dashboardsIdentify and resolve data inconsistencies or gapsValidate port mappings and physical attributes for cabling accuracyAlign metadata with cabinet elevations and floor mapsDocument standards for naming and formattingSupport automation of import and validation processesContribute to continuous improvements in data and model workflowsRequirements/QualificationsOccasional travel required to client sites or team working sessionsAbility to report to the office on a daily basisAssociate's degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience1–2 years of experience in data analysis, IT asset management, or database administrationStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a focus on detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters, conditional formatting)Understanding of relational data structures and metadata management principlesBudgetedNew AdditionReplacementExperience with structured data files (CSV/XLS) and transformation best practicesComfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate findings and deliver recommendationsAbility to manage multiple data tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environmentStrong documentation, organization, and verbal communication skillsDesired Knowledge/SkillsMicrosoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, TeamsIntermediate level Excel skills.
