About The OpportunityWe are looking for a Database Architect to join our team. This is a highly strategic role for a professional with exceptional expertise in database design and migration, who will lead the transition of applications from HDI to PostgreSQL. The primary focus is on schema design, query optimization, and large-scale database migration.ResponsibilitiesLead the transition of applications from HDI to PostgreSQL.Design, optimize, and migrate large-scale databases.Develop and maintain backend applications using Java with Spring Boot and microservices.Ensure the performance and reliability of the database architecture.Required QualificationsDeep expertise in PostgreSQL database design, optimization, and migration.Strong Java (Spring Boot, microservices) development experience.Prior experience with both HDI and Postgres.Cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP).Familiarity with messaging/event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).Avenue Code reinforces its commitment to privacy and to all the principles guaranteed by the most accurate global data protection laws, such as GDPR, LGPD, CCPA and CPRA.
