Senior Software Engineer – Experimentation & Conversion Optimization (Remote) Role: Build systems that track user behavior and run large-scale A/B / multivariate experiments to improve landing page conversion for high-volume traffic. Responsibilities Implement event tracking and behavioral analytics (clicks, scroll, session replay) Build and maintain experimentation pipelines (A/B tests, variant routing) Integrate tools like PostHog or GrowthBook Create dashboards and data pipelines for experiment results Work with marketing teams to deploy landing page variants quickly Required Skills: Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and modern web frameworks Experience with analytics instrumentation and event tracking Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks SQL + basic data analysis Familiarity with frontend performance and web experimentation Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
