About Arcis FMArcis FM is a service-disabled veteran-owned facilities intelligence firm specializing in building automation, controls, and reliability-centered maintenance for healthcare, research, and life sciences clients. We hold active contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs, NASA, and DoD, and we operate the A·IQ platform suite for fault detection, asset management, and analytics. Day to DayPerform scheduled and corrective maintenance on Siemens Apogee field panels (PXC, MEC, TEC, MBC), Insight workstations, and APOGEE Automation Server (AAS) infrastructureDiagnose and resolve issues across BLN, FLN (P1/P2), and BACnet/IP networksMaintain and tune control sequences for AHUs, chillers, boilers, lab/operating room pressurization, and isolation roomsValidate sensor calibration, actuator performance, and alarm thresholds against design intent and Joint Commission / ASHRAE 170 requirementsDocument all work in the company CMMS and produce monthly compliance and KPI reportingSupport emergency response and after-hours callouts as part of the on-call rotationMentor and develop junior technicians on the contractRequired Qualifications5+ years hands-on Siemens Apogee field experience: Insight, APOGEE Workstation, PXC/MEC/MBC programming and troubleshooting3+ years working in an acute-care hospital or other 24x7 healthcare facility | direct familiarity with critical environments (ORs, isolation rooms, pharmacy, sterile processing, BSL labs, vivarium, or similar)Working knowledge of BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, and Siemens FLN protocols (P1, P2)Ability to read and interpret control drawings, sequences of operation, and P&IDsComfortable with Wireshark or equivalent network diagnostics for BAS troubleshootingValid driver's license and ability to pass a federal background investigation (HSPD-12 / PIV credentialing)US citizenship (required for federal site access)Preferred QualificationsPrior VA, DoD, or other federal healthcare facility experienceSiemens Apogee to Desigo CC migration experienceExperience with JCI Metasys, Automated Logic, or other multi-vendor BAS environmentsFamiliarity with Joint Commission EOC standards, ASHRAE 170, NFPA 99, and CMS Conditions of Participation as they apply to BASNiagara N4 certification, BTL credentials, or Siemens factory training certificatesVeteran status (we are an SDVOSB and actively seek to hire fellow veterans)
