Senior Manager Renewable Services - Blades
Overview:
Responsible for providing leadership to the blade repair team ensuring standards in safety, quality, and operational excellence, enabling the delivery of a growing, profitable, and sustainable business, in line with Mastec Renewables purpose and vision. This position will also proactively seek to grow the blades business by developing strong connections with customers and proactively seeking new opportunities.
Location & Travel: This position is afforded the flexibility to be performed remotely with regular travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and maintain a strong organizational culture dedicated to safety, quality, and operational excellence
Ensure Blade Engineers are driving quality and performance
Proactively seek to grow the blades business by liaising with Customers and proactively support the Business Development and Commercial Teams
Seek to drive continuous business improvement and performance
Work closely with commercial and sales team to grow the business
Track and communicate job profit and loss performance to business leadership
Identify areas needing improvement to drive financial and cultural performance and action as necessary
Develop and track performance of team through various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Work across business functions to ensure the business is ready to execute with the appropriate labor
Build organizational capability by having regular reviews and personal development plans with each of their direct reports
Coach, mentor and train direct reports
Partner with Project Managers to ensure Lessons Learned are conducted to build organizational learning
Visit sites on a regular basis to ensure standards and culture are being met in the field
Work directly with customers as Blade Repair’s main point of contact for any safety or quality related performance issues
Create and implement standards, procedures and processes to support the business and growth
Negotiate and approve customer settlements as necessary
Qualifications:
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
10+ years of relevant experience
Experience in blade repair services
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
