This role will help drive engaging training experiences while supporting operational excellence across learning programs.Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead onboarding and employee training initiatives for a growing organization. This individual will oversee orientation programs, required annual learning activities, and training operations while ensuring employees receive a strong and consistent learning experience from day one.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning, facilitation, and training coordination, along with the ability to manage schedules, support compliance requirements, and provide mentorship to team members within the learning function.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate employee onboarding and annual training initiativesFacilitate engaging training sessions in both virtual and in-person settingsSupport the administration and maintenance of the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS)Monitor training completion metrics and generate reports to support compliance goalsProvide coaching, guidance, and operational support to learning team membersManage training calendars, logistics, and scheduling across departmentsTroubleshoot learner issues related to training access, technology, and participationPartner with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and improve learning outcomesAssist in the development and enhancement of training materials and curriculum contentPromote a positive and supportive learning environment for employees at all levelsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred6+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or related areasDemonstrated experience facilitating onboarding and employee development programsStrong understanding of adult learning principles and training best practicesExperience supporting compliance-driven training programs preferredAbility to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsExperience utilizing LMS platforms, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office applicationsProfessional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or facilitation/coaching credentials are a plusAdditional Details:Daily training sessions are primarily conducted during morning hours, with occasional afternoon sessionsEvening training support may occasionally be required between 4:00 PM – 8:00 PMLimited weekend support may be required based on training schedulesAverage onboarding class sizes range from 10–12 employeesLimited regional travel may be required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are neededCandidates must have demonstrated experience working with adult learners and facilitating professional training programsPerks:Opportunity to make a meaningful impact through employee development initiativesCollaborative and mission-focused work environmentLeadership opportunity within a growing Learning & Development teamExposure to organizational training strategy and workforce development programsHybrid flexibility after onboarding periodAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
