This role is an important part of delivering a polished and welcoming dining experience for members and guests throughout the Club. The Bus Person / Food Runner supports dining room operations, banquet functions, club events, and member service by assisting with table maintenance, food delivery, dining room organization, and overall hospitality execution. Position Overview The ideal candidate is dependable, detail focused, and able to thrive in a fast paced private club environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude. This position is perfect for individuals looking to grow within hospitality while working alongside an experienced Food & Beverage team. Responsibilities Assist servers with dining room setup, service, and table maintenance Deliver food to tables promptly and accurately Serve water and assist members and guests throughout service Clear and reset tables according to club standards Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining and service areas Stock service stations and assist with side work responsibilities Polish silverware, refill ice bins, and support dining room operations Assist with buffet setup, maintenance, and breakdown Support weddings, holiday events, member functions, and banquet operations Move tables and chairs for event setup and dining room configurations Work collaboratively with culinary, banquet, and service teams Help create a welcoming and polished club atmosphere Qualifications Previous restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or private club experience preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Professional appearance and communication skills Team oriented mindset with strong attention to detail Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and club events Certifications Food Safety Certification preferred Alcohol Beverage Certification preferred Position Details Full Time and Part Time opportunities available Competitive compensation Opportunity to work in a premier private club environment Exposure to upscale dining, member events, weddings, and banquet operations Professional hospitality team culture with growth opportunities Why Join Saddle & Cycle Club?
