Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimator/Project Manager based in Ocean City, MD. The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for preparing construction estimates, managing project budgets, and coordinating all phases of construction projects. Daily responsibilities will include cost analysis, project scheduling, and ensuring projects remain on time and within budget. The role also involves liaising with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure all specifications are met and project goals are achieved efficiently. Qualifications Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting to manage project financial goals effectivelyExpertise in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation to prepare detailed and accurate proposalsStrong Communication skills to coordinate with clients, vendors, and project stakeholdersAttention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasksFamiliarity with construction management software and toolsProven experience in custom home building or a construction-related industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredLeadership experience and ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams are advantageous
