Material Handler Forklift Operator (2nd Shift)

*Warehouse Tugger Operator / Material Handler* *Location:* Lincoln, AL *Shift:* 2nd Shift – 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM *Pay:* $19.50/hr starting pay | $20.50/hr after hire-on *Position Summary* We are seeking dependable, safety-focused *Warehouse Tugger Operators / Material Handlers* to support waste management operations within the Honda manufacturing facility in Lincoln, AL. In this role, you will collect and transport trash and recyclable materials throughout the plant, operate tugger equipment safely, and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. *Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Honda plant badge and possess a valid photo ID to be considered.* *Key Responsibilities* * Collect and transport trash and recyclable materials throughout the facility. * Move materials to designated processing areas using tugger equipment and recycling carts. * Conduct pre-shift inspections on all equipment operated. * Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE at all times. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. * Provide outstanding customer service and professional communication with team members and customers. * Attend required training sessions and team meetings. * Assist with additional duties as assigned to support overall operations. *Physical Requirements* * Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. * Lift up to 50 lbs regularly. * Push or pull carts weighing up to 300 lbs of recyclable materials. * Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. * Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed. *Qualifications* * Previous warehouse, material handling, tugger, forklift, or manufacturing experience preferred. * Strong commitment to workplace safety. * Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. * Ability to follow established procedures and work independently. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * Must be eligible for badging at the Honda facility. * Valid photo ID required. *What We Offer* * Competitive starting pay with increase after hire-on. * Opportunity to work within a major automotive manufacturing facility. * Stable, full-time employment. * Team-oriented work environment with training and growth opportunities.
