This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to coordinate efficiently across departments, vendors, and customers.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and maintain production schedules to ensure timely project completionProcess customer orders accurately from intake through fulfillmentManage purchasing activities, including vendor communications, material ordering, and tracking deliveriesMonitor inventory levels and assist with forecasting needsCollaborate with installation teams, warehouse staff, and project managers to ensure smooth workflowResolve scheduling conflicts and adjust production timelines as neededMaintain detailed and organized documentation within internal systemsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across operations and production processesProvide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholdersQualificationsExperience in production coordination, scheduling, purchasing, or similar operational role (flooring, construction, or manufacturing preferred)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with order management Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyWhy Join Us?Opportunity to be part of a growing company with a solid foundationCollaborative and supportive team environmentComprehensive pay and benefits packageRoom for growth and development within the organization
