Lead ServiceNow Developer

Overview As Lead ServiceNow Developer, you architect and deliver an end-to-end BI workflow within ServiceNow, guiding demand intake, triage, and project lifecycle across the organization. You will drive integration with Confluence and WordPress to support collaboration and external communication, while aligning with governance and security standards. You’ll lead a team of developers and analysts, shaping platform maturity and automating cross-system processes. This strategic role offers impact by tightening how BI captures demand, manages projects, and shares progress with stakeholders. You will work closely with BI leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions. ResponsibilitiesArchitect and lead the design of a unified ServiceNow workflow for BI demand intake, triage, and project lifecycle managementDefine and implement integration patterns between ServiceNow, Confluence, and WordPress for collaboration and communicationLead development standards, solution design, and platform governance across the project lifecycleDesign and implement end-to-end workflows including Demand Management, PPM, Request Management, and custom appsDevelop forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, Flow Designer flows, and integrationsArchitect and implement REST API integrations between ServiceNow, Confluence, and WordPressAutomate creation/updating of Confluence pages and publishing of milestones/status to WordPressEnsure security, authentication, and content governance across integrationsLead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and analystsOversee testing, validation, and deployment across ServiceNow and integrated platformsEstablish development standards, documentation, and integration governanceIdentify opportunities to streamline collaboration and external communications through automationContribute to the BI workflow optimization roadmap Key requirements5–8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with leadership in complex implementationsStrong expertise in Demand Management, PPM, and workflow automationExperience integrating ServiceNow with Confluence, WordPress, or similar platformsProficiency with REST APIs, OAuth, and authentication models; strong focus on integration securityStrong JavaScript skills; experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI customizationExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement abilitiescommunicationleadershipstakeholder engagementServiceNow developmentDemand ManagementProject Portfolio Management (PPM)
