About the RoleInsight Global is seeking an experienced Healthcare Solution Architect to support the continued growth of our global healthcare consulting practice. This individual will play a critical role in designing, shaping, and selling healthcare solutions primarily tied to Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms, with a strong emphasis on Epic Systems.This is a highly strategic, client-facing role requiring a blend of technical depth, consulting experience, and commercial acumen. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of urgency, collaboration, and the ability to translate client challenges into scalable, high-impact solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & AdvisoryDesign and lead end-to-end service solutions across EHR ecosystems, with a focus on Epic and other EHR platforms such as Oracle Health Cerner and Meditech.Architect services spanning:Enterprise EHR implementationsSystem upgrades and optimizations Module rollouts and enhancementsIntegration and interoperability strategiesChange management and User Adoption/Training Align solutions to client business objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational constraintsClient Engagement & Pre-Sales LeadershipPartner with sales and account teams to shape, scope, and win new business opportunitiesLead discovery sessions with healthcare executives (CIO, CMIO, CTO, operational leaders)Translate client needs into clear, compelling proposals and solution roadmapsCommunicate complex technical concepts in a way that is accessible and actionableProgram Strategy & Delivery EnablementDefine delivery models across:Strategic implementationsSystem upgrades and optimizationsTraining and adoption programsChange management initiativesManaged services and ongoing supportCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution integrity from design through executionEstablish best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets for EHR engagementsPractice DevelopmentContribute to building Insight Global’s healthcare consulting capabilities, including:EHR solution frameworksGo-to-market offeringsThought leadership and client-facing contentMentor junior consultants and solution designersRequired Qualifications8–12+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or health ITPrior experience with a global consulting firm in healthcare services (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Cognizant, Nordic, Epic, Capgemini) in a client facing roleDeep expertise in Epic Systems Working knowledge of Oracle Health Cerner, eClinicalWorks (eCW) and/or MeditechProven experience solutioning and delivering:EHR implementations and upgradesOptimization, stabilization and Epic refuel initiativesTraining and adoption programsChange management strategiesStrong understanding of healthcare operations and clinical workflowsStrong communication and collaboration skillsEager to work in a fast-paced highly competitive environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with large-scale health system transformationsFamiliarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)Exposure to revenue cycle, patient access, or clinical documentation workflowsCore CompetenciesExceptional communication skills – able to influence both technical and executive stakeholdersStrong sense of urgency and ownership – thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentsCommercial mindset – able to connect solution design to business valueStrategic thinking + technical depth – bridges vision and executionCollaboration – works seamlessly across sales, delivery, and client teams
