This means:Consistent pay regardless of job complexity.A collaborative team culture, not competition over billable hours.Entry-level technicians start at $22/hour, with experienced techs earning significantly more.The Mobile Service Technician is a customer-facing position, responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and performing maintenance services on vehicles and equipment out in the field. In addition, this position is responsible for providing accurate estimates and recommending additional, yet appropriate, services for said vehicles and equipment.
