As Full Intentions expands its in-person programming in Austin, there will be growing opportunities for walk-and-talk sessions, somatic and mindfulness workshops, and collaborative in-person groups. If you're Austin-based (or open to being), you'll be at the front of that.We're looking for a fully licensed clinician ready to build a consistent, meaningful caseload of 15+ clients per week within a values-driven, body-forward practice.Who we're looking forYou understand pressure, identity, transition, and growth — whether through lived experience as an athlete or performer, or through your clinical work with high-demand populations. You value depth, regulation, and presence in the room, and you're not interested in rushing the work just to hit numbers.Former athlete, performer, or clinician with experience working with athletes or performance-driven populationsDrawn to somatic, trauma-informed, mindfulness-based, or movement-integrated approachesComfortable with identity work, burnout, transition, and nervous system dysregulationSeeking autonomy without isolation — independence with a team that actually gives a damnAustin-based or Austin-adjacent preferred — in-person programming is coming and we want you in itWe also want to hear from clinicians who bring something entirely their own.
