Corporate & Securities Associate Attorney

Snell & Wilmer seeks an associate with four to five years of experience in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities, and private equity transactions for its Corporate and Securities practice in the firm’s Salt Lake City office. The position offers significant direct client contact and the opportunity to manage matters with increasing independence. Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong training from a top-tier firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a client-centric approach.
