FACILITY AND FLEET COORDINATOR Pay: $17-20/hour depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p Travel: 10% WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE? As the Full-Time Facility and Fleet Coordinator at Wisper ISP in Mascoutah, IL, you will play a vital role in our daily operations. From performing building maintenance and janitorial duties to working closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of work orders, your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining our facilities at the highest standards. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders will be key in ensuring the seamless operations of our facilities and fleet registrations and insurance coverage. Planning and coordination of all fleet vehicles for routine maintenance on a rotating basis as well as making sure emergency repairs are completed in a timely, efficient and financially feasible manner is a high priority. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS FACILITY AND FLEET COORDINATOR JOB To excel as the Full-Time Facility and Fleet Coordinator at Wisper ISP in Mascoutah, IL, certain skills are essential for success. Candidates must possess a current and valid Driver's License, as well as the ability to obtain Non-CDL DOT certification. Experience in safely and efficiently operating hand and power tools, including lawnmowers and trimmers, is a must. Additionally, the ability to drive a vehicle without jeopardizing the safety of oneself or others is crucial. Candidates should be eligible to be added to the company's auto insurance policy to fulfill their responsibilities effectively. Lastly, demonstrating regular and punctual attendance is imperative to ensure the smooth functioning of facility and fleet operations.
