Job Description Service Technician We are seeking a dependable and motivated Service Technician for one of our clients in Morris, IL.This position involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining coin operated equipment at customer locations.The idea candidate is mechanically inclined, personable and comfortable working independently while providing excellent customer service.RESPONSIBILITIES:Installing and setting up coin-operated equipment at customer locationsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issuesPerform routine maintenance an inspections on equipmentRespond to service calls in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate service records and communicate repair needsDrive company vehicle to customer locations within approximately a 50 mile radiusPerform general manual labor and warehouse duties as neededEnsure equipment is operating safely and efficiently QUALIFICATIONS:Prefer a candidate from Morris, IL areaBasic mechanical and electrical knowledge requiredBasic understanding and proper use of hand toolsStrong trouble shooting and problem solving skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be at least 21 years oldGood communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivlyMust pass a background check, motor vehicle report (MVR) and drug screening SCHEDULE, PAY & BENEFITS:This is a full time positionStarting pay: $20.00 hourOvertime opportunities availableHealth Insurance401(k) retirement planCompany vehicle provided for service calls
