We offer competitive pay, medical, vision and dental benefits, 401(k) with employer match, as well as a host of other additional health and employee benefits.Job hours and location: Shift hours 6am-2:30pm 615 Alpha Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15238Position OverviewUnder general supervision, uses hand tools and electric tools to mount parts, fabricate sheet metal enclosures, assemble power stacks and install power wire and/or wire harness for various products according to job shop instructions and by following the company's workmanship standards. Possess the basic understanding of measuring to 1/32 of an inch with a temp measurer, torque tolerance and hardware assembly. Available to complete other duties as assigned. This role involves cross-training opportunities in other departments to enhance skills and support team needs.Minimum QualificationsHigh School Degree or equivalent0-2 years' demonstrated fabrication, sheet metal, carpentry or related experience.Possess the basic understanding of measuring, torque tolerance and hardware assembly.Ability to work independently to complete milestones.Demonstrated ability to meet quality and productivity standards within team.Good time-management skills and ability to set priorities.Availability and willingness to work hours as needed to meet critical deadlines.Strong commitment to quality, safety, customer service and teamwork.Ability and willingness to complete other duties as assigned.This role involves cross-training opportunities in other departments to enhance skills and support team needs.Desired QualificationsExperience with greenlee punches, plasma cutters and other metal punches strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability in and electro mechanical processes for fabricating and assembling control panels.Technical degree related to wiring or electro mechanical assembly preferred.
