This role requires strong operational expertise and process management skills to implement and optimize how employees access, engage with, and complete learning in a highly regulated and operationally complex environment.As part of the Employee Experience team, this role will execute best-in-class solutions to complex enterprise challenges by leveraging technology, analytics, operational rigor, and design excellence. The Manager will partner closely with the Senior Manager, Global Learning, HR, Operations, and Technology teams to implement and maintain a seamless, scalable learning ecosystem that supports continuous development and organizational growth.
