A company is looking for a Pharmacovigilance SOPs & Training Associate, Sponsor Dedicated. Key Responsibilities Support the development and implementation of training for pharmacovigilance personnel Perform metric collection and data analysis to enhance policies and procedures Identify and implement process improvements and participate in task forces for initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety management Proven experience in managing pharmacovigilance teams and understanding regulatory requirements Strong analytical skills for assessing safety data and preparing reports Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
