The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a scalable Program Management Office (PMO) that translates strategic imperatives into business outcomes. This role requires a leader who can ensure that all IT teams are equipped with the necessary frameworks, talent, and governance to deliver with speed, quality, and business value. Key responsibilities include strategic program and portfolio management, agile and product-centric delivery, enterprise architecture and planning, talent and culture development, operational excellence, and enablement.Applicants for the Vice President of IT Enablement position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in IT, with at least 5 years' in strategic functions such as a PMO, enterprise architecture, or IT enablement. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, business alignment, and vendor and third-party management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, modern technology landscapes, cybersecurity, and data and analytics governance. Strong business and leadership skills are essential, including the ability to define a clear technology vision, influence senior leaders, and lead organizational change.
