Graham Engineering is hiring a Program ManagerWe're looking for a Program Manager to lead the coordination of a high-volume portfolio of land development projects. This role is the central point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies — keeping projects organized, on schedule, on budget, and well documented.Responsibilities include:Coordinating schedules, milestones, and deadlines across multiple projectsTracking due diligence, entitlement, and permitting timelinesMaintaining project files, contracts, and regulatory documentationFacilitating communication among engineers, architects, contractors, and agenciesPreparing correspondence, meeting agendas/minutes, and reportsSupporting project setup, invoicing, and administrative needsQualifications:Bachelor's degree and licensure preferredExperience in civil engineering, architecture, land planning, or real estateBackground in land development and high-volume rolloutsProficient in Microsoft Office and project management softwareProven leader and managerStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
