In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, contributing to our company's growth and success.Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniquesConduct thorough research on potential clients and their industries to tailor our value propositionSchedule and conduct introductory meetings with decision-makers to understand their needs and present our solutionsCollaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategiesMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM systemAchieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicatorsParticipate in industry events and trade shows to expand our network and generate new leadsStay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and our product/service developmentsQualifications1 - 3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clientsProficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite or Google WorkspaceExcellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate our value propositionDemonstrated time management and organizational abilities to manage multiple prospects and prioritiesBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredKnowledge of sales techniques and methodologiesUnderstanding of the B2B sales process and ability to adapt to various industriesSelf-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independentlyResilience and persistence in the face of rejection and ability to learn from feedbackAdditional InformationWhy work for Canam?
