Job Description Warehouse and Fleet ManagerLocation: Gilbert, AZCompany: SERVPRO of GilbertJob Type: Full-Time | On-SiteSalary: Competitive, Based on ExperienceSchedule: Monday–Friday, Occasional On-Call SupportAbout the RoleSERVPRO of Gilbert is seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse and Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our equipment, supplies, and vehicle fleet. In this vital role, you'll ensure our restoration crews are equipped, our warehouse runs efficiently, and our vehicles are maintained to SERVPRO standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping operations running like a well-oiled machine, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards of the warehouse.Receive, inventory, and organize equipment, supplies, and materials.Track usage and restock PPE, cleaning agents, and job-site consumables.Ensure all drying and restoration equipment is cleaned, tested, and ready for deployment.Coordinate equipment check-in/check-out procedures with production crews.Fleet ManagementOversee scheduling and maintenance for company vehicles.Conduct regular vehicle inspections and ensure DOT compliance.Coordinate repairs, registrations, and insurance claims as needed.Maintain vehicle logs, mileage reports, and fuel usage records.Inventory & ComplianceMaintain inventory management software (e.g., DASH or equivalent).Monitor usage and proactively order restocks.Ensure safety protocols and OSHA compliance across fleet and facility operations.Team & SupportSupport the Production Manager and Crew Leads with logistical needs.Train staff on proper equipment handling and warehouse procedures.Assist with large-loss mobilization or storm event readiness as needed.QualificationsPrior experience in warehouse or fleet management (restoration industry preferred).Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems and inventory software.Clean driving record; valid AZ driver's license (CDL is a plus).Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in warehouse environments.What We OfferCompetitive pay and performance-based incentives.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holiday pay.Opportunities for advancement and industry certifications.A collaborative, fast-paced work environment.E04JI802lott4082q7b
